We will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days.
Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:

Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong color, wrong size.
Returns period:
Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.

Refunds:
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Delivery costs paid for on the order will also be refunded. The cost of returning the goods are at the customers own expense.
